How we prepare it

A plan that runs up to exam day

We start from your current level and organise the preparation so you reach the exam feeling confident, without leaving everything to the last minute.

  1. We check your starting point

In the trial class we look at your level, your goal and which parts of the exam you need to work on.

  2. We organise the preparation

If you already have an exam date, we spread content, practice and mock exams so you progress step by step.

  3. We work class by class

Every session combines guided practice, correction and focused work on the areas you most need to improve.

  4. Mock exams and final stretch

Before the exam we do full practice papers, review the mistakes that keep coming back and fine-tune your strategy for the day.

Common questions

Before you start

It depends on your starting point. With a solid B1, four to six months at one or two classes a week is usually realistic. We pin it down in the trial class with the exam date in front of us.

You register yourself at the exam centre you choose. I help you pick the session and format (paper or computer) and make sure you get there ready.

Yes, and for speaking it's an advantage: the Cambridge oral test is taken in pairs, so practising with another student at your level is much closer to the real thing.

Start with the level test on the website and we'll confirm it in the trial class by sampling each skill. Sitting the wrong exam is the most expensive way to fail.

Yes, all classes are online by video call, Monday to Friday. You book and cancel from your panel according to the calendar.
