1. Service provider

FitEnglish is an online English class service provided by Borja Pérez Espí (NIF: 16087207-H). For any enquiries: fitenglishonline@gmail.com

2. Service description

FitEnglish offers online English classes through a credit system. Each credit equals one class. Credits are purchased via payment and are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

3. Registration and account

To use the service you must create an account with your name and email address, either through manual registration or via Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

4. Credits and payments

• Credits are purchased by card payment via Stripe
• Prices are shown in euros and include VAT
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable for cash
• Credits expire 365 days after purchase

5. Bookings and cancellations

• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Cancellations confirmed by the teacher return the credit to the student
• Cancellations requested by the student are subject to the teacher's approval

6. Refund policy

Unused credits are non-refundable unless due to an error attributable to FitEnglish or cancellation by the teacher. In that case, the credit is automatically returned to your account.

7. Acceptable use

The user agrees to use the platform correctly, not to share their account with third parties, and to attend booked classes or cancel them with sufficient notice.

8. Modifications

FitEnglish reserves the right to modify these terms by notifying you by email at least 15 days in advance.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the user's domicile.
